At Keto Hana we want you to love our products and we aim to deliver outstanding customer service, always. If there is any issue with your delivery, your product is damaged or you are unhappy at all then please tell us about it at hello@ketohana.com

If you decide that you don't want your item then you can return it to us within 30 days provided that it is in the same condition in which it arrived, and we will issue you a full refund. We offer free returns within the 30 day return period.

Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
